Join us in Revamping the Riverfront to prevent plastic pollution from entering the Mighty Mississippi and eventually our oceans! As a part of our commitment to water stewardship and supporting our downtown neighbors, we will be hosting cleanup events along the Mississippi Greenway, Mural Mile, and North Riverfront Park in partnership with Great Rivers Greenway! Everyone is welcome to participate in any or all clean-up events!
Revamp the Riverfront 2025 Series:
- Sunday, February 2nd – 9AM-11AM at North Riverfront Park (North Entrance) to celebrate World Wetlands Day
- Saturday, March 15th – 9AM-11AM at Mural Mile to celebrate International Day of Action for Rivers
- Wednesday, April 2nd – 5:30PM-7PM at North Riverfront Park (South Entrance) to celebrate National Volunteer Month
- Sunday, June 8th – 9AM-11AM at Mural Mile to celebrate World Oceans Day
- Monday, July 28th – 5:30PM-7PM at Mural Mile to celebrate World Nature Conservation Day
- Wednesday, August 27th – 5:30PM-7PM at Mural Mile to celebrate World Water Week
- Saturday, September 20th – 9AM-11AM at North Riverfront Park (North Entrance) to celebrate National Clean Up Day
